How Google Calendar Integration Works
Family Pet Book requests access to the Google Calendar API strictly to create, update, or delete calendar events that you configure inside the app (like vet appointments and medication schedules).
- ✓Optional admin feature: Only household admins can connect or disconnect Google Calendar sync.
- ✓Minimal permissions: We only touch events created by Family Pet Book. We do not read unrelated personal calendar entries.
- ✓Instant disconnect: You can disconnect at any time with one click from Family Settings, which immediately purges all stored Google tokens.
